🕒 How Long Does It Take?
After we receive your sample, each piece is handcrafted with care and takes approximately 4 weeks to complete. If you need your jewellery sooner, please contact us before ordering!

Only 5 ml per piece—don’t worry, it’s less than you think! Full details and instructions come with your collection kit.
🌡️ Will My Sample Expire Before It Reaches You?
Nope! Your sample is sealed and safe in the vial provided, and will remain stable for shipping. Just be sure to send it back as soon as possible!
🚚 Do You Ship Internationally?

📝 Can I Request a Custom Order?

We accept cancellations within 72 hours of placing your order. After that, all sales are final, as each piece is custom-made just for you.
Since we order ring and pendant blanks specifically for your piece, cancellations after this point aren’t possible.
